There are no restrictions on the size of work, other then the limitations of the site in the Cathedral you are proposing to place the work in. Please click here to download the Wells Cathedral site map.

Health and Safety considerations apply and the Cathedral has some restrictions so please contact robin.sewell@mac.com for further information and guidance with your submission.

JPEG, TFFS and PNG file formats are acceptable.  Ideally all images a maximum file size of 1MB.

Check that each of your image files 1MB or less and that it is a JPEG, TIFF or PNG file format.  If you still encounter problems, please contact us using the form on the contact us page, e-mail info@parkerharris.co.uk or call 020 3653 0896.

All artists will be notified by Friday 7 June 2019 if they have been selected for exhibition. If you do not hear then contact us using the form on the contact us page.

Delivery to and from the Cathedral and installation and take down of the work are the responsibility of the artist. The work needs to be installed between 13 – 18 July and taken down between 12 – 14 August.
